Seasons Of The Wolf ~ Gainesville Florida~9/15/06

Wondering where Michael and I were this weekend?!!! We were down south in Gainesville Florida at a club called Eddie C's Backstage Lounge on Friday, Sept. 15, 2006 a nite called "Swamp Stomp". Michael is currently playing bass for the band SEASONS OF THE WOLF. The band was interviewed by WOLFMAN for UDTV which is shown on the local PBS station down there. The weather was clear (no rain!) and hot. The crowd was hotter and loud when SEASONS OF THE WOLF hit the stage and started their set. They previewed one of their new songs "WINGS OF DOOM" that will be on their new cd "ONCE IN A BLUE MOON" due out by the first part of 2007. They did old favs including "WITCHFINDER".
The music of SEASONS OF THE WOLF is old school heavy metal. Plain and simple! Dark music, gothic~pagan like lyrics. The band consists of Wes on vocals, Skully on guitar, Dennis on keyboards, Michael on bass and Mark on drums. Their mascot (a close friend of the band) came in full gear as The Wolf.
